It's just coil whine from your graphics card.
Had to turn my volume all the way up to hear it.

Nah, pretty typical behaviour for all graphics cards.
There's not much that can be done to alleviate it, but it's nothing to be worried about either.

Just sounds like more coil whine honestly, it's not a uniform sound so it can wary between whining and buzzing
