My graphics card (7800 XT) says there is 0 power coming from it, it wont load games, it crashes, this was after installing some cable extensions. I realized I wasn't getting any power so I unplugged them and plugged the normal cables in.
After doing this I realized that the small LED +, + reset, and power cables had unplugged and I couldn't plug themn back in without removing my GPU, I plugged everything back in and now it just wont work.

if you bought the cable extenstions from a sketchy seller, that could be the problem
it could be a short circut
give your GPU for repair to a shop and they will deal with it
also it could be a potential PSU problem, try changing your PSU if you can, or run a hardware scan if you can

How would bios detect GPU? Usually it doesn't show a name or anything on any board

You can't
you have to get your Motherboard's bios key
for example like F2
and restart your computer, spam the bios key, and your inside the bios
