Pc keeps turning on and back off repeatedly when connected to power. Sometimes it will not do anything when i press the power button. Anyone know why this is happening, could there be a short circuit of some kind?

I figured it out. Shorting the CLRMOS pins (clearing the cmos/resetting the bios) seems to have fixed the issue somehow. What i believe happened is somehow when my pop os system autoslept, it borked my bios somehow. no clue how that would happen but at this point ive come to expect the weirdest
any ideas on why this couldve happened and if it will recur?
