usb drive isn’t appearing, i’m very confused

all it says is that uefi
no usb drive
my usb drive is called WIN11
i’m reallt confused because i’ve spent hours making sure this drive works

If you created the drive on a Mac what file system was the drive formatted with?
Windows and Mac use different default file systems [and boot tables/partitions] which could be what is causing your problem here.
if you want to make a pc boot drive it ideally wants to be formatted as NTFS or FAT 32 file system [if you're using a mac go with fat 32 as that's commonly readable to both macs and pc's] with a PC recognised efi boot partition.
what tool did you use to make this usb drive bootable for your pc?
