The ATX one in the corner is often called CPU power. 8 pins should be enough for almost all use. 12 being more for overclocking enthusiasts. I'm sure most could manage with four even.
The 12v2x6 probably foes to the 12vHPWR connector for the GPU.
Depends which GPU you have
If that's it depends if you have anything that needs SATA or molex.
I see now that it's an Intel board, Intel CPUs are a bit more power hungry so 8 is probably wise.
