i got a problem, today i got a new cpu, a ryzen 9 5900x, and my monitor would say ,,no signal'' when booting my pc, and then , seeing it doesnt work, i just put my old cpu back, but a problem occured, my pc is only reading 8 gb of ram out of 16
can someone help me?

Reseat them both.
Try each one separately in slot 2 and slot 4

Try a new motherboard

@floral frost Check the socket, make sure no thermal paste or something weird got in there.
