#PC broken after new ssd

i tried to put in a ssd to get rid of my hdd and help improve performance but noticed i didn’t have enough wires so i turned off my pc and replugged in my hdd then when i went to turn on my pc it won’t turn on please help.

good image of motherboard so i can qicky check all cables

some times when i try and power it on the cpu and psu fans would turn on for a quick second (fan lights wouldn’t turn on) then it would just shut off again

rip one stick of ram out and try powering on
