Is it realistic that the USB 3.2 header can be damaged in transit to the extent showed in the picture? Supposedly this is because the foams were ripped during transit. The first image is what the PC basically looked like when I sent the PC back (except it had gpu installed ofc). I am trying to solve a dispute and need some advice on if I am being ignorant or not.
