#(Solved) New 7900 xtx gpu not displaying.

No display or fan spin when powering on.

I have a x570 Aorus Motherboard with a 5950x cpu and HX750 psu.

I got a new 7900 xtx Saphire Pulse gpu off ebay from the newest seller. Box and everything seems to be in brand new condition untouched.

After using ddu in safe mode. I put the new 7900 xtx in and connected both of the 6+2 connectors to the gpu. No display output or fan spin on boot. The fans move a tiny bit when powering off (not spin just a slight jerk).

It's plugged into the top slot, though I also tested the 2nd slot and same issue.

The old 1650 super gpu works fine. I hooked it back up after and it booted fine.

I assumed a hx750 would be fine till I got a new psu as long as nothing too high power was done (or enabling power limiting) and at least boot, but maybe not??

Any help would be appreciated.

After a bit more looking around I realized I need all 3 8 pin connectors in place... I shouldn't of tried this while tired.
The gpu should be fine, now to look for my extra 2 6+2 cable...

Idk how to tag this as solved, but after finally finding my power cables for the modular hx750 and actually plugging in all 3 8pin slots on gpu it booted up just fine.

My first high end gpu so even though I built a computer b4 it's been a bit and forgot about all plgs necessary detail 😅
