Im currently playing rdr2 on the second highest graphics, my temps are fine and my fps is fine along with my gpu/cpu usage, however, my cpu is being used more than my gpu also when i tab out of the game, to discord or my browser, it runs extremely slow. How can i fix this? My cpu runs at around 50-60% so i dont think its a component issue. Especially since my fps is fine
