Help me to factory reset HP Pavillion 17 running on Windows 7 Ultimate

HP canned windows 7 ultimate support for any laptop made prior to 2020.
I've contact HP Support and they've told me that I would need to contact a technician or a repair man to factory reset my Laptop.

I don't have the windows 7 install disc (I don't know if the box came with it).

The problem is, I can't factory reset it through Windows which is through as explained here: https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/server/configuration/resetting-windows-7/

I am getting an error code which doesn't allow me to factory reset the windows unless I have the CD.
Trying to reset it through BIOS is also not working as there is no option for "Recovery"

Please help me

I think this is a bi-solution but as I want to give the laptop to someone else, I would need to buy a new windows key.

Free win 10 upgrade ended a couple of years ago

I am sorry but I would need like an official statement from MS. I don't want to go through installing and then backtrack OS.
