computer freezing

my comp is always freezing until i restart it using the button on the case, it freezes but the background is still running and the cursor is still working

can't really send you a vid bec it randomly just happens

i might be doing anything and it randomly freezes

let's say i have spotify open, it stays on and i could still change the song

looks like a windows corruption, no?

im thinking of reinstalling windows
