So question even though I have all the exact same sticks of ram it won’t run as well as say if I had 2 sticks and if so how much would the lower clock speed affect me

The gen 5 was faster and wasn’t much more for me to get over

since only 1 ccd gets the x3d treatment

meaning if game gets sent to the other ccd its running like its a 7700x

and if workload that dose not get inprmnet form x3d gets send to x3d its slower the r9 7900x3d is worse by a lot

but the r9 7950x just kind of not good in my eye

Because I was also thinking of when upgrade my wife’s pc and I can always pull 2 of my sticks out and slot those in

And with the 7950x3d from what I was reading it’s always a good cpu for handling a good amount of work since I plan on using this as both my gaming and work pc

I know the 7800 is better for gaming

And even then the fps difference I could find was normally like 10-20fps

and thats the other thing with the ram the main issue i can find from research with the ram is if you mix different kinds and different pin layouts
