No input to monitor after HDD install

I just installed a 2TB Seagate Hard Drive to my PC and for some reason now I'm getting no input to the monitor? PC is turning on perfectly fine and all LEDs and stuff are on. I've checked the obvious like DP cable and GPU is seated correctly

check rpm of the fans, if they are constant you might have a boot issue. otherwise just try cables, or run for a period of time.
I personally dont trust seagate hard drives, check if the problem persists without it.

I assume its resolved anyways
