CPU is more or less whatever it is out of the box, RAM is downclocked from the EXPO settings of 6600 down to 6000. Anything above will cause instability and bluescreens.

yeah i update stuff regularly
i was recently running into issues where the computer would die unexpectedly for seemingly no reason, and a BIOS update fixed that issue
(computer would be on for a couple minutes, screens would go black and fans would ramp up to max)
(not under any sort of load or whatever, just a web browser open or so. Had no issues after a restart and would be rock solid until the next morning)
