Okay so im writing this for a friend, his Cursor isnt moving whatsover and when he tries to move it it just glitchs back and its just like freezed on a spot and we dont know how to fix that problem and all the youtoube videos are using there mouse but he cant so we dont know what to do. (Windows 10)

Yes multiple times, and he never used auto clickers

alright. have you tried unplugging all other devices from the computer besides the mouse (try a different usb port too)

i would just suggest doing typical windows updates, any optional updates as well. if you can get into CMD as admin, you could run "sfc /scannow"

you can navigate around with "tab" and arrow keys
