Open Task Manager, go to the Performance tab. Run game for 10-15 seconds, tab over to Task Manager and screeshot it. Make sure you get all devices in the picture in the list on the left.

here are the stats in game, with a video as well of an example of how the game stutters during cutscenes & in when going to menu. i had pressed pause & 2-3 seconds later the screen pops up
