so yesterday I noticed cs 2 having stutters, i enabled vsync to pair it with gsync and it got BETTER but not completely smoof.
now there is a new problem, the stutter isnt as much but now when i do quicker turns i get fps drops starting from 10-30 fps which causes a lil stutter than interferes with me being able to properly compete.
It isnt the system as ive got an rtx3060, r5 5600x, 64 gigs of ram and playing it at 900 ( dont ask why lol).

any help ( that is actually knowledge ) is much appreciated

I'll try that but I don't think they go any higher than 85 on CS

I did some benchmarks yesterday on extreme settings on heaven and it went up to 90-91

It doesn't go that high on CS tho

I tested overwatch, it had screen tear till I enabled vsync in game and then it basically went away maybe there still a little off it but idk

The latency was weird - it was at 85-89ms
