is it also possible to take my 1tb ssd and my 16gb ram from my old pc and plug it with the new components in the one?
The SSD, sure. The RAM, depends. If your old RAM is DDR4, then no. If it's DDR5, yes. But I wouldn't recommend it since having two sticks per channel (all 4 slots occupied), the stress on the memory controller is quite a bit higher and you might not be able to run at your kit's full speed. And you'd also have to have your old kit match the new kit or otherwise the new kit would run at the speed of the old one (if the old one is slower)
alright i can put it in the ssd but not the ram cuz its ddr4
also do you happen to know a website to theoretically test the specs for games?
How do you mean? Do you mean something where you can input your specs and it'll give you an estimated game performance? I'd say either look up benchmarks online or use something like buildredux. They tell you roughly how the config will perform. Don't use UserBenchmark, it's bad lol
yeah, currently i tried Alternate (belgium/netherlands site) and they only have a certain amount of games most of which i don't play
But judging by the fact that you *are going to have have a 7900XTX, it's gonna be hard to get your games to run below 60FPS unless you try running them at 8K

would be like the best i could get for my money or does redux offer better?
I just mentioned them for the estimated game performance. Buildredux makes prebuilts
buildredux is not good
also if i plug in the new ones 2/4 slots filled should they be next to each other or should there be like space in between?
Put the first stick in the furthest slot away from the CPU and leave one spot free and put the second stick in the slot second-closest to the CPU
It has the fastest gaming CPU and the second fastest gaming GPU
So it's pretty fast

Better case
Similar quality PSU
You could go for the MSI MAG 850 Watt PCIE 5
For 105€
and thats a bit better?
and whats better on that case?
The case isn't white
The XT PRO Ultra is amazing but white case when everything else is black?
for the case in the list or the xt pro ultra?
the case in the list

as you can see in the pictures it comes with fans
but i would rather to with the phanteks xt pro ulta as it has 4 super quiet 140MM fans
and tons of rgb
and is big nice and just good
does pc part picker only show the ones available in my country or from everywhere?
because i don't see any KEDIERS cases however they look really good
i have the same issue with a bran in norway
so those cases might work with my components but pc part picker just doesn't display them?
ye
the rest of the components are good right?
ofc
a 7800x3d (rated the best gaming cpu from most tech ppl) and the high end price to performance gpu the 7900 xtx that is slightly faster then the 4080 that costs more and has a good bit less vram
so all i should look for is just a pc case
i would say go with the phanteks xt pro ulta
but they only have the white one in Belgium 😦
might have to do that than
or what is so good about the phanteks xt pro ultra? maybe i can look for a similar quality one
its just that good
i do just love it as it looks nice has good rad support and it is cheap
rad support?
raidiator support aka water cooling
this is the update list
https://be.pcpartpicker.com/list/NWvJKX
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Phanteks XT PRO ULTRA ATX Mid Tower
i got a different psu as the old one has a chance to become illegal to buy
oh wtf
its made by deep cool and deep cool gave money to russia
and you know what happens then
ofc for way more money
and are there similar ones to the phanteks with a better look?
yeah true
worst case get a can of spray paint
i prefer something like this for example: https://www.coolblue.be/nl/product/935931/nzxt-h9-elite-black.html
however the price is wayyyy to much
its just like an example of what i find a 'cool' case
im not spending 250 on just the case thats just insane
i have the xt pro ultra as i build computers and it is a just a nice case
big open and room for a 4090 type case with project zero compatibility
as in its just expensive or its bad for what they ask?
just expensive
phanteks make some of the best fans money can buy so trust them with fans and their cases are also super premium
the G360A or G500A are nice cases and my pc uses the G500A too and i do love it
so it is still a valid option?
because im probably gonna sell my old pc and maybe increase my budget a bit for this new one
what are the specs of the old pc
I7-10700, 16gb ram, RTX 2070 super
ye i see why the upgrade
the pc part picker list is still super nice
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Phanteks Eclipse G360A ATX Mid Tower
the g360a
same price but a good bit worse preformance
is the 2070 bad ?
nah its all ok
its still worth a bit but nothing compared to the pcpartpicker pc
that boy is a fast one
are there sites that pc part picker hasn't checked?
like that i can maybe still buy the phanteks xt pro ultra
ye
lets go, theres still hope
you can try and find a retailer in Belgium
btw you said it also support rad. Which one is better, with fans or water cooling?
the 7800X3D uses near no power compared to intel who needs water cooling and POWER just to be worse then the 7800X3D in gaming.
you do not need water cooling but if you want or need it in the future then the case can do it
so ill just stick with fans than
ye a air cooler is good
It's illegal for a retailer like Amazon to import more of, it's perfectly legal to buy ones in stock
ofc
And MSI MAG PCIE 5 over the Corsair
but warranty is nice to have
It's only 750 watt tho
With a XTX that would be a problem
It would be loaded at like 80% load
corsair is also quality
Yes but not as good
i do se lots of tx750s going around and not the new ones but the 2012 or earlier ones
their is a reason why corsair has so many PSUes at the top of the cultist leader board
so ill do the 850W instead of 750W to be sure?
power curve
wdym?
Yeah
or should i even go for the 1000?
If you can afford too, yes
yeah, if there are like upgrades that dont cost much extra i dont mind the price
like im not gonna spend an extra 200 on a single component but if its like less than 50 or so its alright for me
This is about 30€ more from the 850 watt version
It's worth it for an XTX
m8 you can run a 750w with an xtx i run mince with a 850w
what about the normal corsair one i have?
Which one?
It's good but it's pretty Overpriced
I also heard it has coil finn
quick question, why tf is the video card almost 1000 and nothing else is higher than 370
nvidia
gpues are stupid now a days as the price for a gpu is just way too high due too pcb design the core itself is HUGE aka super expensive to make and other stuff like that and for next gen amd will focus on the price
a yes a old gigabyte product just like a old corsair evga and all those brands and more have had PSU issues but its normally quickly fixed so you should not stop buying from them just for one broken product
Gigabyte have long resolved this issue luckily
so the corsair one or gigabyte?
1000W is a good bit more then you need
the corsair one will do fine
you know 750w is good for your pc
i also found a site which sells the black case
but it sells the case with 4 fans pre-installed, should i buy the other 6 aswell or maybe like 3 or whats best do you think sim?
Average Sören L
ok?
Yes
are you a talahon?
Huh
Won't recommend it for a build with an XTX
why not
750 watt PSU would be loaded at 70-80% which is not good for power efficiency
but the 850watt would be good enough?
Yeah
https://be.pcpartpicker.com/list/2PkgGP
so this would be my build and there should be no issues? and i should be good for years yeah?
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Phanteks XT PRO ULTRA ATX Mid Tower
you need to copy the correct link
mb
it should be the correct one now
very overpriced fans
like 27$ per fan
that is very expensive
does it matter from which company it is?
how much CFM and RPM should they have?
no
i recommend arctic p12 pwm pst argb
what about these?
no price
check these
ok yeha that is half of the origina price
is there also a way to control the rgb? so it like matches with the pre-installed ones
you can controll them with any rgb software
like signal rgb
