You can start with 1 ram stick in slot 2. Switch sticks if it doesn’t help. If neither stick works then, try slot 4. If it still doesn’t work, the problem is probably not ram or motherboard dimm slots

look likethe CPu power cable in the back of the PSU is not fully sitting in the slit. try to push that in further to fully sit and then try to boot

generally, you press F2 or DEL key during startup, like smash it repeatedly, it'll interrupt the boot loader and you get to bios instead.

Bios has a whole big menu of items you can browse and view.

But the only thing you need to navigate is the boot menu, and change the boot order to prefer usb first.

Chocolatey and winget (a windows install tool) has more programs
ChrisTitusTech has a powershell script that basically packages these 2 together (chocolatey and winget into one app. He also sells a $10 .exe wrapper just to help support him
