I got a PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D43) with some MSI 3060 Ti in it, I plugged in a 1650 that requires no external power connectors, the fans spin up I know it's powered but it doesn't show up as a device on my computer. Any reason?

I bought this thing for my brother's PC but he didn't end up using it, an old optiplex

Well it ran Titanfall, BF1, and subnautica just fien the three games he wanted to play

I5-4750 I think was the CPU

like a amd a8 laptop

with no gpu
