#I've got a £150 budget, which AM4 mobo to go for?

Do you prefer atx or m atx? I can do either friend
Personally for m atx I like https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08BCR4ZRS?tag=pcp0f-21&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1
105 and a b550 chipset. With wireless connectivity hard to complain
I was looking at that too
No preferences in terms of atx or matx, got a shitty Fractal Focus G Mini case so will defo upgrade but undecided whether to get ATX or not
Personally I like micro atx cases more atm.
The Montech air is very high quality for the price
Is there a feature it’s missing that you’d like?
That?
Nah not really
Undecided whether I wanna switch my sisters PC to an ATX or remain MATX even tho I need to get a new mobo and case anyway
Yeah.
I have the white
The stock pictures don’t do it justice
It also has decent fans
The air 100argb is what I’m referring to
Tempered glass yeah
I’d never recommend that
Focus G Mini got none on the top wtf
Since it doesn’t use molex fans it doesn’t gather much dust.
The fans are super easy to clean off
https://www.amazon.co.uk/AIR-100-ARGB-Pre-Installed-Circulation/dp/B09J131V2V/ Air 1000 and Air 100
I’m not familiar with the air 1000 lite tbh
Corsair 4000D is quite popular too
Bit too big for my liking.
In terms of $90 + the 4000d isn’t it
I made the mistake of putting the new CPU in the A320M without flashing
Now I can't be arsed putting the old CPU back in just to flash it
It doesn't post, black screen basically atm
Well when you buy a mobo it should come with the latest bios
nah it was an old mobo with a r5 1600
I swapped it for a r7 5800x3d without flashing
Like a dumbass
Pretty sure the Msi board had flashback with a USB
that is a likelihood
But will it still work or will I have to put the old CPU back in
Cos I ain't tryna do that shit
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/A320M-GRENADE/Specification That is the exact model
I dont think its supported
Idek which BIOS version I need
Try flash it just to check the parts all work
Which BIOS version do I need for my A320M grenade for it to be compatible with a Ryzen 7 5800XD?
Look in the bios support section
I don’t think it supports it. The latest bios concerns “raven ridge” which is the 2200G and the 2400G
why do you need to upgrade
Ryzen 7 Vermeer 5800X3D
it is still compatible
latest bios
