So i kinda want to water cool my pc cause the cpu box cooler just runs a bit loud and hot for my tastes but i want to have rgb that works with corsair icue and corsair dosent make air coolers so i was going to either try the 3d printed tubes that LTT tried or just get hardline and learn to bend it myself but i realized theres no space for a resivour in my 4000d airflow with my 7800xt red devil. So do i really need a resivour if the loop is just cooling my cpu?
#do i need a resivour?

What cpu
7600

you might just want to use a aio bestie
I know i dont need to be but i kinda whant to
custom loop is over kill for that
That’s still overkill
Dual tower cooler
Thermalright Phantom Spirit Evo
Will that even fit my case?
Yeah but it would block my ram
if you can’t answer these yourself
you should not be doing a custom loop
or changing anything
go to a shop
I could i built it myself im just tired and kinda lazy today
Yes
you wouldnt even need a dual tower
4000D
Yes it will
lol

watercooling of any kind on a 7600 is useless
Heres a pic of my pc for your consideration
I know but i might upgrade in a couple years
to what
Idk whatever is best value on am5
If you still want to see the rgb on the ram mount the fan on the front of the dual tower cooler on the back
9800x3d? thats gonna have like a 120w TDP
But aesthetics
you could get a single tower cooler like the burst assassin and only be out $20 if you need to upgrade
I have an extra rgb 140 mm fan coukd i mount that to just some heat sync and be able to control the RGB?
Like this
I know what you mean
Ok
^
Would this work?
🤷♂️
Water cool then
