My pc is freezing but I can hear the audio. I have to press power button to restart. Do I just need to reinstall windows or is there a different solution? 7700x Rtx 2070 32gb ram

When is this happening? On streaming from wifi (multiplayer games and such) or happens on both?

Yeah that often can help, may take a bit tho, and will delete your files

Gpu, cpu, mobo, maby ram unsure tho, audio, video, many more

Look in device management and it’ll tell you all the categories of things that can be updated

Also if you tell it to auto scan for drivers, that just scans your pc. Unless you download newer ones , it’ll say you have the newest

spent some time updating things and got the bios up to date and tested to find that it still crashed

Does your keyboard have a light on the CAPS Lock button? If so, when the computer's 'frozen', does the CAPS Lock light respond to the button being pressed. That, or the Num-Lock light, if it exists?
