It really isn’t
Please can you help
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Corsair iCUE 465X RGB ATX Mid Tower
Much better GPU
By how much?
Also, why that nvme? I heard that the Samsung was the best make for nvmes? Or is that not the case anymore
They used to be the only good option, but their competitors have really caught up
So this one does the same but is cheaper? Or is it actually better?
It’s still pretty fast
If you’re just gaming it doesn’t matter
Lots of file transferring
Oh ok.
Last thing, I’d ideally not change the psu for like 10yrs, would the 850w psu not allow for many future upgrades? That’s why I originally chose the 1000w.
Currently unless you’re using a 4090, 850w is fine
And if I was to say change the cpu/cooler or add more ram it would be ok?
The cpu cooler should be enough for the 7800
If you want more ram get a 2x48/2x64 kit
It doesn’t do well with 4 sticks
What doesn’t do well
4 sticks of DDR5
oh, why is that?
🤷♂️
I currently have 4 sticks of ddr4, is that also bad?
Nah DDR4 is alright
MSI is currently trying to use CAMM2 memory
It’s more stable
And lower profile
Also Ryzen 9000 is launching next month if you want to wait
Yes but it’ll lower the prices of Ryzen 7000
oh ok, by how much roughly?
We’ll see in July
Okay. Thank you for your help.
Is this a good budget PC? do i need anything else? pls help
