#my PC keeps blue screening

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and check if you have any minidump files. If you do, go back to the Windows folder and copy the Minidump folder itself to the Downloads folder (You can use the desktop if you don't have OneDrive syncing files). Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Please follow the instructions to the letter as Windows doesn't like you messing with files in this location.
doesnt exist
i ran a memtest86 and its probably the ram
pc been running fine with 1 stick

@heady veldt Do you have more than one storage drive?
When it BSODs, it dumps data to the page file and creates a dump file from this data on the next boot. We can try moving the page file to a different drive and see if that makes it able to create them.
Alr I'll do that in a few min
tried to delete C:\pagefile.sys but it doesnt exist. should i try to get my pc to blue screen again?
Why on earth would you do this?
which part
it said at the end to delete the file
but i did change the location
I have no idea why the guide has that, if the change was successful it won't be there
The page file is basically extra RAM so just deleting it is not a good idea
Just really slow because it's on disk
so what should i do now
@heady veldt If you can trigger a crash you can try that.
What do I do with the min dump files 🗣️
Copy paste: Check if you have any WHEA events. WHEA events will show errors from hardware. Open Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs → System. On the right hand side click Filter Current Log. In the Event Sources dropdown menu select "WHEA-logger". If you have any WHEA events, highlight them, right click and save. Share the file here. If you have a ton, do 4-5 of the latest ones.
there is no WHEA events
Woops, wrong copy paste
Correct copy paste: Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and check if you have any minidump files. @heady veldt It just looks like the OS is fucked. Which would make storage a suspect.
@heady veldt You can try reinstalling Windows, these are kinda vague it's just my best guess
alr tried that
