TLDR of the video

Fornite on DX 11 Mode has more average Fps but a shit ton of stutters on NVIDIA, And EVEN more stutters on AMD.
Fornite on DX 12 Has less average Fps but has MUCH MUCH less stutter on Nvidia and AMD, and both have the same amount of stutters

AKA you should only run DX 12 if you have an AMD or Nvidia and AMD is as good as Nvidia in DX 12 Mode
