try to use linux live cd's and access your important data. backup it somewhere safe and reinstall windows.

Also going all the way back to this, both ventoy and rufus are basically the gold standards when it comes to writing iso's to drives, if you have issues with it then you are fucking with shit that you should not be fucking with

just plug in the usb, open rufus, select the iso, start, done

after which you touch nothing on that usb, you just boot it

Start from here, what lead up to your windows install being inaccessible and what have you tried in order to fix it (i saw people mention about the windows media creation tool in which you obviously haven't done, as the machine is still not bootable from the internal drive), if you cannot at least provide that bit of info than nobody can help you @stable ocean
