It seems like my gpu is low usage and idk why my specs are a ryzen 5600x and a rtx geforce 3070. Even when I playing a gpu based game (RDR2) my gpu still wont be above 50% usage and my cpu is 70% usage.

for the driver installation part have you tried restarting the pc?
For the usage part are you experiencing problems with framerate?

I am going to restart now, I didnt really experience problems with frame rate but when I look at task manager I keep seeing that cpu is on 70% and my gpu is on 20%. When other friends of mine have the CPU usage the same as the GPU usage

when you go into taskmanager the GPU probably loses some load
