Im running on
Intel Core i5-9600KF CPU @ 3.70GHz
Asus RTX 3070
Corsair RM650 650w psu
8gb ram 2666Mhz
(ATX) asus Prime B365M-A
And I want to upgrade, lately for games I've been playing my pc started lagging and on task manager claims that my cpu is near 100% and also for the same program that takes 100% the psu says very high on power usage.
So the question is, should I upgrade my cpu only or my psu because its not very likely that the psu is bottle necking, but when I searched my components on a benchmark like site it says that I need 850w at least to run my setup..
So back to the questio again, what sould I upgrade? cpu?, psu? or both?

psu is work or not work and cpu and new ram new mobo
depending on cpu you pick may uses less power then your current one
what your running when cpu gose to 100% since its very hard to hit cpu to 100% in games even if cpu limited
i offen cpu limited hard with 20% usage just due to how its calculated its gpu usage that tells you whats limit
then what should I upgrade it thats so
to what ram should I upgrade?
will 2 8gb 3666mhz be fine?
becuase the max mhz for ram on my mobo is 2666M
tbh your setup is quite good, the only real upgrade i can see is nearly everything at the same time
your windows install might be a bit bloated witch is why the performance is not where you want it
wow didnt actually think that might be the case I though since my cpu might be outdated that might be the only part i'll be looking to upgrade
