#Need help getting a Laptop!!

I dont know much about laptops btw

Specs i would need are:

Not too expensive
Preferably not a shit screen (the one if you tilt down it becomes all black and stuff)
Thin and light (light enough to carry in backpack)
16gigs of ram
256-512gigs ssd
13" preferably
Good battery life
Camera (doesnt need to be that good)
Okay sound
Azerty keybind
Windows 10/11

I would use it for online work between home and places, everyday tasks like ytb email and such..

Budget is between 450-600€ and i live in france.
