Upgrading the build

This thing needs to get upgraded. I am not sure if I should upgrade on am4 and keep my current motherboard or go am5/intel and upgrade the motherboard too. Looking to upgrade gpu and cpu mainly. Upgrading that might mean upgrading the motherboard and power supply, need some insight on that. Thoughts and help welcome.

If u got budget start new, but u can get the 5700x3d as a CPU upgrade

If u can, but 5600 is good too
