For some reason my pc changed its timezone to arizona and wont let me change it back

i can still set time manually

Windows sometimes gets confused. Turn off the setting that automatically sets the timezone, then you can change the timezone manually.

Huh that's weird. Never seen that before.

Might have to navigate away from the time settings screen, then back to it after turning off set time automatically.

Or turn set time automatically back on, but toggle off set timezone. (There are 2 toggles in your screenshot.)
