Regardless of driver version, I experience a brief freeze, black screens, then whatever programs that are open that use graphical acceleration crash.
Event log ID of 4101. Which from what I’ve learned pertains to “amduw23g”, the graphics driver, taking too long to respond. No supposed solution I’ve found actually works to fix it.
The only proper solution is Linux. As the issue is seemingly caused by the scheduler and adrenaline. (And no, installing without adrenaline doesn’t solve it). So I thought I’d throw it into the ltt think tank to see if anyone has any bright ideas.
If anyone is curious, I can link every page I’ve viewed related to this specific issue, but given how long that list has now become, I’d rather not.
But yeah any help would be appreciated.
