On my end i get like 1-2 bars other computers in my house get 4 bars any fixes? i've factory reset and done abunch of crap already but nothing seems to work

Maybe the distance? My room is far away from my internet router and I do get worse internet quality compared to others.

nah its same distance or farther from the other pcs and they all get 4 bars except me.

are you using different frequency bands (i.e. 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz, or 6GHz instead of 5GHz). i dont know how exactly that would work unless its like a separate 6GHz SSID or your wifi card is clinging to the 6GHz (or 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz) band

^ the above is likely the bingo, if your setup has a single SSID it's likely multi-band and your network adapter is just trying to cling to the fastest band as well as possible
Also new house means any new variety of interference between you and the router, could go down to material of the walls/how many there are, cabling and electrical work, etc.. A lot of areas where interference could be coming from
