Looking to build a budget PC + single monitor. The budget is $400 CAD.
Would like to incorporate the following things:

Integrated graphics (this is not a gaming PC, just to be used for basic web browsing and Microsoft apps)
Quietest CPU cooler/fans (high priority for it being a quiet build)
MicroATX
Single monitor 27 inch minimum (32 inch max) (1080p)
Built-in wifi (wifi 6 if possible)
500gb m.2 ssd (could also do 250gb if it helps with getting better quality for other items)
