As said in the title, I have a pretty gosh darn bad pc that I use primarily for gaming.
(Specs in photo, but I can type them up if required)
The website I used recommended me to get 1 of 3 new graphics cards
**(AMD Radeon RX 580, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, or the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070) **
Are these the best options for a budget build?
If so, where is the best place to buy them?
If not, what would be the best cost-effective graphics card?
#I am a filthy casual seeking to upgrade my garbage pc for dirt cheap, please help!

budget?country?
I'd not use websites that give a sore cuz they are VERY inaccurate
What games do you play?
@upbeat girder get a Rx 580 from eBay or AliExpress, maybe RTX 2060 you have the budget
Sell PC and start from scratch imo
I am an American who would like to spend only 100 to 200 on an upgrade
I mostly play games from the mid-2010's and earlier, but the whole point of upgrading is so I can play some of those newer games (Albiet at low graphics).
If you need a more specific list I can give it to you though
I could, but I got this thing off of my friend for basically free because one of the ram slots was damaged.
Plus I don't have the money for a full really nice pc, so I would rather just upgrade this one for cheap for now.
It appears that the RTX 2060 would work in my pricepoint.
Should I be worried about any potential compatability Issues with me pc?
Or is it as easy as unplugging the old one and plugging the new one back in?
The problem is that you need a new GPU and CPU and motherboard and ram for a new CPU
Not worth getting a new GPU because your CPU will be the bottle neck
Would getting another CPU and more ram then fix it? (On top of buying the GPU of course) Or is this a lost cause and I should just wait and build a whole new PC?
What case and PSU do you have?
Psu means power supply
There should a label with it's wattage and 80 plus rating and brand
You will need new ram and motherboard because new CPU won't work with the existing one you have
Okay
@upbeat girder
Currently I am away from home right now, but once I get back I'll send you the case and power supply. I can guarantee you will not be impressed though.
Sure
Sorry this took me so long
Yeah you need to build from the start
That PSU is totally trash it won't be able to handle almost any gpu
Save up like 300,400 or 500$ to make something decent
