#Just installed more RAM, Windows Task Manager still reporting old amount.

Just installed 2 8gb sticks of 2400 mhz DDR4 (used SK hynix) I previously had 2 8 gb sticks installed of 2 different brands but im pretty sure they were both 2400 mhz. Upon install and restart, motherboard (Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3) beeped 3 times and restarted, did this twice until it booted up fine. Task Manager is reporting on the side menu that only 16 gb are available but it also says 32 gb on the top right. It is also claiming that 16gb is hardware reserved, Chat GPT 4 is saying that is is abnormally high. Any ideas on where to start trouble shooting this?

some ddr3 ram for overclocking can have chip die and you can mod spd to only have one of 2 ranks run
