Does anyone know what I can do about 60 frames locked but drops 6-15 frames for 1-2 seconds and kinda lags , when I play anygame on my computer this is happening. causing me to not even play the games its so anoying. My NVIDIA settings are at best for performance last video card update also installed.... Still happens also with other video card versions. specs

My Specs:

MSI B360M
i5 - 9400F @ 2.90GHZ
EVGA 3070 12g VRAM card
500w power supply
32GB ram 2 TB SSD
nzxt aio cooler.

Its just bottleneck or?

Is your hdmi cable or display port cable connected to motherboard

And if your hdmi or display port cable is connected to motherboard then remove that cable from there and plug hdmi or display port cable into the slot which is given in your graphics card
