Cannot format my USB stick, Windows was unable to complete the format.

I've run into an issue where I cannot format my usb stick at all just a windows error nor can i access it
It was a windows installation usb, but installation failed cause the laptop shutdown and now I'm left with a usb drive which cannot do anything nor can i format it.
I've tried using command prompt to format it but nothing works so far. But it shows itself in disk manager as unallocated.

I can provide event logs if they will help in any way possible

Try SD card formatter, it saved many of my usb sticks:

Just did and it seems to be fixed lol I formatted it again just to be sure and it's normal

Its usually a bit easier to format smaller drives like 32 and below if you are trying to do an install of windows
