Need opinion for this build (~$1700)

I chose to go with an used 3090 because of AI workloads i will be doing + it's still good for 1440p gaming. The currency is INR (india) but i have also included USD.

should be all good, if you can get cl32 or cl30 ram that would be better

I found this. GSkill Flare X5 64Gb Ddr5 6000Mhz (32Gbx2) CL30 for $11 more

Also few people told me to buy better psu because 3090 peaks cross 350w

yeah, getting a higher wattage power supply is a good idea, also so you are able to upgrade if you need to down the line
