that cooler no even going to be close to cooling that cpu
hah the nhd 15 is cheaper then the cooler you picekd
what do u recommend i do for the ram and cooler? id like to stay with ddr5 obviously and in the 6000mhz area. i dont know a ton about coolers so not sure what to do with that. would you say the nhd 15 would be a good alternative?
as in its kind of Noctua best cooler but high end 13/14 gen cpu a hard to cool
depends on what one and there a few thing bad with aio
so thoughts on ram? do i get one kit with 4 x 16
do you need more then 96GB of ram
i would think 64 would be enough
only time its good idea with ddr5 to get more then 2 stick is when you getting more then 96GB of ram since 96GB is max you can get form 2 stick and 4 sticks are harder to get work with xmp
and 2x32GB is cheaper most of the time
and whats your plans for storage
forgot to add it to this part list, i have a similar one on my mac, but It will be a 1tb nvme ssd when we build it and I also have a 2tb wd hdd as of now
there are a few things missing on the list now that i realize, some case fans and storage is pretty much it tho
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6dLRxH still have not looked at motherboard since that mosty down to what I/O and other things you need
Part List - Intel Core i7-14700K, GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, NZXT H9 Flow ATX Mid Tower
i appreciate it!! any thoughts on case fans? might get a little steamy without them lol
i say get any fans since to me fan is fan if its fits
i have so many fans form old pc i gotten
i think the same with cases so dont ask me about cases since only cases i have used are 10 year old
lol gotcha yeah I have an irl friend with very similar specs to this, same case and everything so he'll be helping me build it once everything arrives
thoughts on these?
ok?
Noo
Part List - Intel Core i7-14700K, GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, Phanteks NV5 ATX Mid Tower
4080 Super at MSRP less go
It's been there for a while
I'm happy that a 1000$ is actually 1000$ sad times
I hate Nivdia
And AMD are not helping
Look at 7600XT, it's a joke
This is great
But why not Liquid freezer 3?
Looks better and perf is marginally different
True Liquid freezer 3 kinda looks like shit
Well not shit
But its not great looking
im not going for aesthetics nessecarily. if I get rgb fans im either turning them off or setting them to white/solid color
i just need this thing to have as much power as possible (without breaking the bank obv) for intense editing
i dont mind whether the build is black or white tbh color doesnt matter to me
Then get the liquid freezer 3
