Make sure you use a special tool made for cloning HDDs to SSD because data is written very differently on HDDs You can't just copy the data it has to be written in the correct order I suggest just installing windows separately on the ssd then just copy and paste important files

Checkout partition wizard it might support that
Are you unplugging the old hard drive when trying to boot to the new ssd? It’s recommended you do this because the computer can get confused if you don’t, as they’re the “same” drive
@oblique cypress @lofty pumice Yes i am sure i used the correct tools. The only drive plugged into the computer is the cloned SSD. When booted it goes to Windows Boot Manager and says A Required Device isn't connected or cannot be accessed
Fresh install the OS copy and paste the data over
