PC Specs;
7800x3D (No GPU, saving up for that)
32GB RAM
So I just built this PC and very quickly ran into certain problems, fixed the majority then remained the biggest issue, the pc just freezes wont do nothing until I hold the power button to turn it off n start it back up. Any fixes? The crash occurs faster when I run valorant or any game CPU related, nothing happens when u run a benchmark though.
7800x3D is more then enough to handle the stuff I did when the crashes happened, it happened once on startup on my desktop page too.

Can you check your temperatures with a tool like hwinfo?
and if you have it overclocked (also XMP-profiles) maybe check your ram with memtest86+ (It doesn't have an end but runs in rounds, every passing round improves confidence in the result)

30/40 idle highest it got was 70c
I've had it overheat once cause I forgot to plug pump but it isnt the same crash
cause when it overheats it jus turns off

And with your specs I would assume you are running nvme drive(s)?
