Okie so I need a build I want a starter build where I can grow with it if that makes any sense.

The criteria:
Am5 (for upgradeably)
I want to be able to have many things open like discord, a game, obs, videos, and maybe a wiki, so if possible 32gbs but I might be able to do with 16gb and add more later.
I don't really care about gpu I like AMD stuff but that's just personal preference
I would like more wattage than I'm using because I want to upgrade yuh know (modular if possible)
