#Momentary FPS Drops

PC:

Monitoring apps show that my fps drops from 144 to 135 for a second but my screen literally freezes for half a second.
It mostly happens on Rainbow but sometimes (it just happened now while writing this) black boxes appear on open apps (IDK if these issues are connected).
There is no GPU/CPU spikes and there is no heating too.

Event Viewer:

  • The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
  • File System Filter 'BEDaisy' unloaded successfully.

I am not sure if this is a software issue, a hardware issue or a performance issue.

yeah ok, uninstall rivatuner statistics and make sure you quit msi afterburner before playing your games. for some reason the most recent version of afterburner is being flagged by alot of anticheats

but the thing is I downloaded it after I started getting these fps drops
