I just built my first computer its an b650 gaming x ax board and I got all the drivers setup the antennas and the wifi is still really slow can anyone help me

As the above user said, we need more information. What does "really slow" mean? What is your internet plan's speed? How far away from your WiFi router / modem is your PC? Are there walls in between? If so, how many and what are they made of? Do other devices get good speeds? If so, what devices and where are you standing when running speedtests from these devices?
