What do you mean "can't initialize" -- what have you tried? What happens? Note that drives above 2TB in capacity normally need to be using GPT instead of MBR in order for Windows to properly format them. https://www.diskpart.com/articles/windows-10-4tb-hard-drive-3889.html#h_3
