Laptop external monitor flickering

So my laptop built in screen is broken and i have to use an external monitor to be able to use my laptop but after a few months of using it; it suddenly keeps flickering on and off with the top of the screen looks kind of distorted and the top right corner is not a sharp corner its suddenly a curved corner but it's not like that.

I already uninstalled a graphics driver using DDU and its still not stopping

Either bad cable or bad port on monitor or laptop

try a different cable, see if it resolves.. if not then either the monitor or laptop is on their way out

I already tested it on both my monitors and two different cables still same results

port on the laptop itself is very likely going bad

can't really do anything other than send it to a repair shop (or replace it yourself, if you have the tools and knowledge)

And this is why i hate laptops
