#Laptop getting abnormally hot while idle.

I own a 2020 Razer Blade 15 advance, and ever since yesterday when i logged off and left it to sleep it has been acting weirdly. On throttlestop it says that the C0% is always over 15, the temperature is always over 90 degrees celsius even while Task Manager says that i only have 8%-10% CPU usage. The other issue that this problem has caused is that while gaming, my FPS has gone down by more than half, places where i used to get 200+ fps now i get 120-110, and games where there were solid 60 fps performance barely keeps high 20s. And at this point I dont know what to do. And the fans sound like a boeing 747 taking off.

Here is some of the things that i have done: Reinstall windows 11, turn optimus on/off, update nvidia and intel drivers, restart it a bunch of times, and i have run windows defender a few times and it seems to be clean. Also its not a thermal paste issue.

ik you said its not a thermal paste issue but that laptop specifically comes with some shitty thermal paste and having the VRM's, CPU or GPU be cooking will make the entire laptop overheat as it utilises one big heatpipe system

tell me if you had checked all of them previously, if so, im pretty sure that laptop also has a vapor chamber which might have F-ed itself

How do you know it's not a thermal issue bc it sounds a lot like a thermal issue
